Connect, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

Scroll down to register!

At the Oncode Institute Retreat, senior PhD students and postdocs from across the community come together to meet fellow researchers they might not otherwise cross paths with, exchange ideas and explore unexpected scientific connections.

On day 1, kick off with speed dating, after which you’ll form mixed teams and turn those new connections into ideas for unique proposals. Teams pitch their ideas, with the best proposal receiving a unique prize. On day 2, engage in small-group Meet the Experts sessions on valorisation and AI in research, with plenty of space for questions and discussion. We close the retreat with a Key Note speaker to leave excited and inspired.

What to expect

  • Scientific exchange: Share perspectives and discuss challenges and opportunities in cancer research.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Explore new ideas and potential collaborations across research fields.
  • Networking: Connect with colleagues from across the Oncode community.
