Our Organisational Structure
Our structure reflects our values: transparency, inclusivity, and responsibility. We operate with a lean, dedicated team and work closely with advisory bodies, board members, and patient representatives to guide our decisions and maintain strong connections to clinical practice.
Oncode Institute is led by a small, highly committed staff who coordinate programs and provide essential support to researchers within our partner institutions. The team covers general management, program coordination, research support, organisational support, financial support, communications, and valorization strategy.

Supervisory Board
Strong governance is fundamental to how we work. Oncode Institute is supported by a Supervisory Board, alongside various committees and advisory groups that include researchers, experts, and patients.
We deeply value the voices of those with lived experience. Since our inception, patient representatives have played an active role in shaping our decisions and keeping us connected to the people we serve.
Good Governance
We are entrusted with public funding and take this responsibility seriously. Oncode Institute follows a strict Good Governance Charter, rooted in the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and the SBF Code for Good Governance in Charities.
This charter defines the roles and responsibilities of our key bodies and sets standards for transparent, ethical decision-making.
