Take a look back at the Oncode Institute Annual Meeting 2026, where researchers from across the network came together for two days of exchange, ideas and collaboration.

We are pleased to inform you that registration was open for the Oncode Institute Annual Meeting, which took place on 23 and 24 March 2026 at De Rijtuigenloods in Amersfoort.
The programme included scientific presentations, a keynote session, laptop and poster sessions, and networking activities.

Please note:
- Registration closes on March 4th. It will not be possible to register after this date
- You can register for one or both days, participation is free of charge
- Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If registrations exceed the limit, we may ask labs to reduce their number of participants.
- Also speakers, poster- and laptop presenters need to register
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, or partly attend, please let us know before March 4th. As we take responsible spending seriously, a no-show fee of €60 per person per day will be charged to your lab to cover catering costs.
Registering for both days means we expect your attendance on both days.
