Soumela’s educational background is in Political Science (MSc). Soumela has a demonstrated history of working within international (political) organizations and diverse branches supporting management and teams. At Oncode Institute, Soumela assists the Oncode Managing Board and Management Team by performing business operational, stakeholder management support, and administrative tasks as well as office and event management.
